Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TodoTimeTracker (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for the activity that happens on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Notify us right away if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes (but is not limited to) using it to violate the law, infringe other people's rights, send spam, distribute malware, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you create in TodoTimeTracker. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, display and process that content for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

TodoTimeTracker is currently offered as a public preview without checkout, subscriptions, or paid renewals. If paid plans are introduced, the applicable price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be disclosed before billing is enabled for an account.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms occasionally. When we make material changes we will notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
